		<description>Go to bed early with Valerian, Melatadine taken with camomille tea and wake up fresh with atleast 6-8 hours of sleep, sex or masturbation when you wake up pref 2x a day, Philips Wake up light especially Wintertime light therapy helps, Lavender oil on Pillor, A Sage and Vetiver candle a few hours before you go to bed. Usually regular exercise keeps endorphine levels up and will help you clear your mind before you go to sleep. Prayer or meditation if all else fails alcohol and I seem to like a clean house and a bedroom that is not designed to summon thought, that is what a studyroom is for.</description>

A form of training before you have sex at night like; pushups, agility, situps, dancing, etc, Sleep 8-9 hours unless on a diet...sleep as long as possible...if all else fails prayer unless a priest who does not have sex.</description>
