If I had a buck for every time a small business client complained that it took two weeks to change a single sentence on their Web site, I wouldn’t be here typing this.
WordPress makes it possible for small biz owners to alter their site’s content without going through a middleman.

It does indeed, but its structure and pluginability mean you can turn what is a superficially simply blogging tool into a pretty powerful and fully-fledged CMS if you need to.
