The first thing I thought; I wonder if it's like the Skoda advert. Ie, the Skoda cake/car was really made out of cake. Were they really playing their 'instruments'. Probably not. The bloke playing his tie gives it away.

That said, the micro-site is great. A really nice marriage of marketing and information relevant to HP's customers.

I didn't write the 'copy' for the ad, but for the Happy People website it links to. The ad has almost no words, as you point out, but the website has over 30,000 words on it. All of them lovingly hand-tooled by yours truly.

Great fun, that ad. But can I ask what copywriting you did for it? There's the 'Happy is a finely tuned business' slogan, but unless my ears are playing up, it consisted mainly of

'Slightly eccentric bloke, looking halfway between a conductor and a bus driver in a suit, walks into office. Everyone stops what they are doing and looks. He gets out his laptop and conducts them on an office implement orchestra rendition of Ein Kleine Nachtmusik. Tea lady walks by outside, stops, and claps."

I'd be interested in seeing the copy for that one. Was it more finely laid out in the script than that?
