Ever tried? Ever failed?

I like this quotation from Samuel Beckett.

Ever tried
Ever failed
No matter
Try again
Fail again
Fail better

Yeah, that’s one of my favorites too. We tend to focus way too much on creating success that we forget to enjoy the experience of learning. And learning often means failing. But then if you get something from failing, is it really failing?

    love that quote.

good point dawud, perhaps if a valuable lesson comes out of a “failure” then perhaps it’s really not a failure since you learned not to do it again.

    cheers,

And then there is the glass half empty…

I kind of like the quote when the father says to his son in the movie Invincible,

“There’s just so much failure one man can take.”
