Good call to action from RedDot

Screen grab from reddot.com

I like this call to action. It appears on every page of RedDot’s website in the right hand side – the most eyecatching position. I would replace the words “Getting started” with “Next steps” or “Find out more.” It covers the four most likely use cases of visitors coming to the site in very clear language and strong injunctions “Call,” “See,” “Email,” “Attend.”

Different websites might have different calls to action. For example a charity might say “Make a donation,” a radio station might have “Find out what’s on” but the clarity of the text, the prominent position and the logical grouping is something to be emulated.
